Contact
One address, read by a person. There is no phone queue and no ticket portal, because MacServe is small enough not to need one.
Write to us
support@macserve.io reaches us for anything: a server that will not start, a domain that will not verify, a billing question, a bug, or a refusal to believe something on this site is accurate.
We answer in English, usually within a day. If you are stuck mid-setup, say which step and paste what you see. The exact error text is worth more than a description of it.
What to include
Whatever you have. These three make most problems solvable on the first reply rather than the third:
- The email address on your account, so we can find it.
- The name of the Mac, or the address that is not working.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Never send us your password, and we will never ask for it. Nobody at MacServe needs it to help you.
Before you write
Two things answer most questions faster than we can. The help pages cover setup, domains, SSH and billing. And the assistant in your console can read your own account, so it can tell you what your Mac is actually reporting rather than what it should be reporting.
If neither helps, write. A question you could not answer from the documentation is a fault in the documentation, and we would like to know about it.
Who you are writing to
MacServe is operated by Delta Four Labs LLP, registered in India. Payments are processed by Polar, who act as the merchant of record. Our terms set out what we owe each other, and the privacy page covers what we hold about you.
